I Have A Dream Of Getting The Day Off

Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (that’s right, JR, don’t forget the JR, u jackasses) comes around each year, and I don’t think I’ve ever worked at a placed that observes it as a holiday. At one point, I worked at a place where I was the only guy not white, and was able to get some time off out of people feeling “wrong” about the whole slavery and equal rights thing, but even then I only got may a quarter day off (due to being mixed).

So why, if this is a government holiday, and the banks observe, don’t most other places observe it as well? Maybe this is different in the North…

I’ll tell you why…BECAUSE HE’S BLACK.

Seriously, who wouldn’t want another holiday? I’ll tell you who. SLAVE OWNERS. They don’t ever give holidays. Not even on days like Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Presidents’ Day. Hell, they don’t even give people a break on Black Friday.

And THAT’S why I hate slave owners.

    How many five year olds? My I.Q. doesn’t allow me to deduce how many…but I’m assuming more than one…so that would make my I.Q. at least twice as high as yours, right?

    I’m also looking up “wast” to find out the definition of that as well…so far google seems to be pointing me at your facebook page. :)
